As with most busy parents mealtimes have at times been a battle ground. As much as I love creating in the kitchen day to day family meals can at times be boring, cooking the same safe meals day in day out does nothing for my creative juices and nothing to encourage the family to try new flavours.
Here I hope to share some of the recipes I have tried with you and report back on successes as well as flops!
